The offer includes approximately 3,500 rooms, which about 50% are for 4 * hotels (9 hotels) and 30% for 3 * hotels (10 hotels). A comparable luxury hotel is missing. In the upscale segment operate from the well-known hotel chains etc. Holiday Inn and Novotel hotels with spa/ spa services. The current hotel’s offers focus mainly on those who looking for relaxation, who prefer a sophisticated ambience, use the hotels’ leisure facilities and appreciate the sights.

The planned Private Palace Hotel Cha-Am aims to the medical wellness focus on the guests, who choose from their holiday due to the special offer.

Due to the unique selling points, there will be no competition with the other hotels in the are. Private Palace will use the existing human resources management in German hotels for training purposes and assign each employee to an important role in the company. The success of the company depends on each employee, who can only perform for the benefit of the guests when he works with a pleasure. This concept contributed to the fact that in September 2007, the 5-star hotel – Rugard Hotel belonging to the Private Palace Hotels & Resorts group of companies received the World Hotel Award in Germany. The Rugard Hotel earned the first place of this highly esteemed award and it is also be the only hotel in Germany for exquisite, personal service in a luxury ambiance with an exemplary price-performance ratio.
