The total cost for the construction of a 5 * medical-wellness-hotel with 300 rooms in Cha-Am (Thailand) has been calculated around 19.5 million EUR. The equity ratio is 25% = Euro. This amount is already part of the purchase of the land including the additional costs with a Partial amount of Euro 3.3 million has been paid. The remaining own funds are used in the course of the construction progress for the payment of the furnishings. Thus, a debt financing according to the practices in the international financing business appears possible. The financing talks will start as soon as the documents for the building application have been compiled in full. The talks will be held with banks and finance companies already experienced in financing hotels & resorts in Southeast Asia, especially Thailand.
